Chemical production occupies an important position in our industrial production, because of the continuous development of informationization and automation, chemical production technology also from artificial production to mechanical automation production, mechanical automation has become a necessary way of modern chemical industry production. The development of automatic control of machinery in our country is at the exploratory stage, has the characteristics of low modernization level, the operation effect is bad, updating speed of products, has not been widely used in chemical industry production basic level. Based on this, this paper briefly summarizes the application categories of mechanical automation technology, expounds the practical significance of mechanical automatic control system, analyzes the common application of automatic control technology at the present stage and specifically describes the application prospect of mechanical automatic control technology in the future, so as to provide a reference for technical personnel related to automatic control technology.
