强化健康教育在产后出血护理中的应用研究

摘要	分析强化健康教育用于产后出血的价值。方法 2021 年 6 月-2022 年 6 月本科接诊产后出血病人 160 名，随机均分 2 组。试验组采取强化健康教育，对照组行常规护理。对比 SDS 评分等指标。结果：关于 SDS 和 SAS 评分，在干预结束时：试验组比对照组低（P＜0.05）。关于疾病认知度：试验组数据（91.54±3.16）分，和对照组（69.25±5.37）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 96.25%，和对照组 86.25%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于 sf-36 评分，在干预结束时：试验组的数据比对照组更好（P ＜0.05）。关于护理质量，试验组数据（98.83±0.91）分，和对照组数据（92.94±1.85）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论：产后出血用强化健康教育，负性情绪缓解更为迅速，疾病认知度提升更加明显，满意度也更高，预后更好，护理质量更高。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of strengthening health education for postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From June 2021 to June 2022, 160 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received intensive health education, while the control group received routine nursing. Compare SDS score and other indicators. Results Regarding SDS and SAS scores, the experimental group was lower than the control group at the end of the intervention (P < 0.05). Regarding disease awareness, the score of the experimental group (91.54±3.16) was higher than that of the control group (69.25±5.37) (P < 0.05). As for satisfaction, 96.25% of the experimental group was higher than 86.25% of the control group (P < 0.05). Regarding SF-36 scores, at the end of the intervention: the experimental group had better data than the control group (P < 0.05). As for the quality of care, the score of the experimental group (98.83±0.91) was higher than that of the control group (92.94±1.85) (P < 0.05). Conclusions The use of intensive health education for postpartum hemorrhage can relieve negative emotions more quickly, improve disease awareness more obviously, improve satisfaction, improve prognosis and improve nursing quality.
