Objective: To explore the effect of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy with mifepristone and methotrexate. Methods: 60 patients were selected from February 2021 to July 2022. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The efficacy of the two groups was analyzed. Results: in the study group, the levels of D-dimer and body mass index were more stable, the recovery time of abdominal mass, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and the time of blood HCG turning negative were faster; After drug treatment, the progesterone value, abdominal mass diameter, CA125 water evaluation and blood HCG value of patients with ectopic pregnancy in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group; The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The rate of normal intrauterine pregnancy (22 cases / 73.33%) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the overall fertility outcome was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the efficacy of ectopic pregnancy combined with conservative medicine is significantly higher than that of single medicine. After taking medicine, the symptoms of patients subside quickly, the adverse reactions are less, and the drug safety is high.
