| 摘要 |
深入分析疼痛护理开展在新生儿护理中的应用价值。方法 本次研究时间点为2021年1月-2021年6月，选取该时间段50例新生儿作为研究目标，结合随机法分为病例组、对照组，组内各25例新生儿，对两组新生儿实施差异化护理干预，对照组：常规护理，病例组：基础护理的基础上融入疼痛护理，评价护理效果。结果 病例组NIPS 和NIPS个时间段评分明显偏低，更加接近预期目标（P<0.05），病例组和对照组新生儿家属护理满意度依次为（100%）、（80%），病例组护理满意度占比具有理想性（P<0.05）。结论 在对新生儿开展护理过程中，可融入疼痛护理，其可预防新生儿发生疼痛情况，使新生儿哭闹时间显著降低，获家属的高度认可和青睐，具有大力宣传和应用的价值。

| Abstract |
Objective: To deeply analyze the application value of pain nursing in neonatal care. Methods: Into the study in January 2021 - June 2021, select the time period of 50 cases of neonatal as the research target, combined with random method into the case group and control group, each 25 cases of newborn group, implement differentiation for two groups of neonatal nursing intervention, control group, routine nursing care, case group: in pain on the basis of basic nursing care, nursing effect evaluation. Results: NIPS and NIPS scores in the case group were significantly lower and closer to the expected goal (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of family members of newborn infants in the case group and the control group were (100%) and (80%), respectively. Nursing satisfaction proportion in the case group was ideal (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing process of newborn, pain nursing can be integrated, which can prevent newborn pain and significantly reduce the crying time of newborn. It is highly recognized and favored by family members, and has great publicity and application value.
