| 摘要 |
分析责任制整体护理用于呼吸内科优质护理服务的价值。方法 对2021年1月-2022年4月本院呼吸内科接诊病人（n=200）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各100人，前者采取责任制整体护理，后者行常规护理。对比不良事件等指标。结果 关于护理质量，试验组的数据（98.52±1.09）分，和对照组（92.69±2.15）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于不良事件，试验组的发生率1.0%，和对照组8.0%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于疾病认知度，试验组的数据（90.35±3.47）分，和对照组（68.24±5.31）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组的数据98.0%，和对照组90.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 呼吸内科优质护理服务用责任制整体护理，效果显著，不良事件发生率更低，满意度改善更加明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of holistic nursing for quality nursing services in respiratory medicine. Methods For patients (n=200) from January 2021 to April 2022, with 100 patients in the control group, the former took responsibility for holistic care and the latter did routine care. Contrast the adverse events and other indicators. Results Regarding the quality of care, the data of the test group (98.52±1.09) were higher than the control group (92.69±2.15) (P<0.05). Regarding adverse events, the incidence in the trial group was 1.0%, and was lower compared with 8.0% in the control group (P<0.05). For disease recognition, the data for the test group (90.35±3.47) were higher than those for the control group (68.24±5.31) (P<0.05). Regarding satisfaction, the data in the test group was 98.0%, higher than 90.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Significant effect, lower incidence of adverse events and more improvement of satisfaction.
