Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression in patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 100 patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fractures in our hos- pital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given routine nursing combined with psychological nursing. The anxiety, depression and satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results the anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the effect of routine nursing combined with psycho- logical nursing in patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fracture is accurate. It can reduce patients anxiety and depression and improve patients satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
