| 摘要 |
分析综合护理干预在老年腰腿痛患者护理中应用效果。方法 随机将2019年1月-2020年12月期间我院收治的118例老年腰腿痛患者进行分组，对照组采用常规护理干预，实验组采用综合护理干预，对比应用效果。结果 本研究中实验组护理满意度高于对照组，疼痛改善程度优于对照组，且生活质量以及心理状态的改善优于对照组，P＜0.05。。结论 综合护理的应用在老年腰腿痛患者中有非常重要的意义，有效缓解患者的疼痛，改善患者的活动能力，使其生活质量得到提升。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with low back and leg pain. Methods: 118 elderly patients with low back and leg pain treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The application effects were compared. Results In the present study, the experimental group care satisfaction was higher than the control group, the pain improved better than the control group, and the quality of life and psychological status improvement were better than the control group, (P < 0.05) Conclusion the application of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with low back and leg pain is of great significance. It can effectively relieve the pain, improve the activity ability of patients, and improve their quality of life.
