心理护理结合语言康复技术在脑卒中后语言及心理障碍病人中的应用研究

| 摘要 |
关于心理护理结合语言康复在脑卒中后语言及心理障碍病人中的应用研究。方法 选择我院于2019年9月到2021年2月接受的脑卒中后予以及心理障碍的患者共140例，按照随机数字表法进行分例，分别为观察组和对照组，对比两组患者的临床护理效果，同时分析患者在护理前后心理状况差异。结果 观察组患者的总有效率为97.14%，明显高于对照组患者的81.43%，两组数据差异较大，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；察组患者在接受护理后的心理状况改善程度明显优于对照组，两组数据差异较大，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理结合语言康复在脑卒中后语言及心理障碍病人中患者的临床护理效果得到明显的提升，同时患者的心理状况更佳，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the application of psychological nursing combined with language rehabilitation in patients with language and psychological disorders after stroke. Methods 140 patients with post-stroke and psychological disorders received in our hospital from September 2019 to February 2021 were divided into observation group and control group. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared. At the same time, the psychological status of patients before and after nursing was analyzed. Results the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 97.14, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The difference between the two groups was significant (0.05). Conclusion the clinical nursing effect of psychological nursing combined with language rehabilitation in patients with language and psychological disorders after stroke has been obviously improved, and the psychological condition of the patients is better, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
