| 摘要 |
研究预见性护理在癫痫持续状态病人护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年01月-2021年12月到本院治疗癫痫持续状态病人共40例，随机分为实验和对照两组，分析两组护理效果。结果 干预前,两组认知功能，P＞0.05，干预后,实验组认知功能高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 引入预见性护理服务方式对癫痫持续状态病人干预，可改善病人心理状态和认知功能，可运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing in the nursing of patients with status epilepticus. Methods a total of 40 patients with status epilepticus treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results Before the intervention, the cognitive function in both groups, P> 0.05, was higher in the experimental group than in the control group after the intervention, with P <0.05. Conclusion the introduction of predictive nursing service for the intervention of patients with status epilepticus can improve their psychological status and cognitive function, which can be used.
