| 摘要 |
目的:观察对老年高血压、急性心肌梗死合并症患者施以综合护理干预的效果。方法:观察对象
选择于 2020.10~2021.10 就诊于我院的高血压、急性心肌梗死合并症老年患者 70 例，随机数字法予以分组，
施以综合护理干预的 35 例老年患者分入研究组，施以常规护理干预的 35 例老年患者分入对照组。结果:与
对照组对比，心理状态（SDS、SAS）研究组护理后评分明显较好（P<0.05）；与对照组对比，护患关系研
究组明显较好，即护理满意度明显较高（P<0.05）；结论:对老年高血压、急性心肌梗死合并症患者施以综
合护理干预效果突出，可改善患者心理状态，利于良好护患关系的建立。

| Abstract |
Objective: Observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with
hypertension and acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Observation objects selected 70 patients with hypertension
and acute myocardial infarction in our hospital at 2020.10 ~ 2021.10. 35 elderly patients with conventional nursing
intervention were divided into control groups. Results: In contrast to the control group, the score of the
psychological state (SDS, SAS) research group was obviously better (P <0.05); compared with the control group,
the research group of the nursing and patient relationship was obvious, that is, the nursing satisfaction was
significantly higher ( P <0.05);Conclusion: Patients with hypertension and acute myocardial infarction are
prominent in comprehensive nursing intervention, which can improve the psychological state of patients and be
conducive to the establishment of a good nursing relationship.
