Objective: to analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in the operation room of breast cancer radical operation. Methods: the grouping method was to draw lots. The subjects were 58 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020. All patients were divided into two groups. One group was the control group, of which 29 patients received routine care, and the other group was the combined group, of which 29 patients received circulatory care. The nursing satisfaction, the improvement of lymphedema in affected limbs, and Clinical indicators (including quality of life score and pain score), shoulder range of motion. Results: the combined group was significantly better than the control group in nursing satisfaction, improvement of lymphedema of affected limbs and shoulder joint activity, and the scores of various clinical indexes of patients were also better than those of the control group. There were significant differences in the above, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing work of breast cancer radical operation operating room can significantly improve the functional indicators of patients, enhance the overall nursing effect, and make patients satisfied with the service of nursing staff.
