Planned immunization refers to the planned use of vaccines for vaccination according to the epidemic situation monitoring of infectious diseases and the analysis of population immunity level, and in accordance with the immunization procedures stipulated by the state, so as to improve the population immunity level and achieve the purpose of controlling and even eventually eliminating infectious diseases. With the development of biological science and technology and the continuous development and application of vaccines, it is an important measure for more rational use of vaccines and vaccination. In recent years, Chinas immunization planning has entered a new stage and put forward higher requirements for immunization planning. In the face of this new situation, doing a good job in grass-roots immunization planning has become a key problem to be solved. There are many and complex factors affecting the grass-roots immunization planning. Therefore, aiming at the current situation and existing problems of grass-roots immunization planning, this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures to ensure the smooth development of grass-roots immunization planning and ensure the safety of vaccination.
