| 摘要 |
为了提高行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后恢复情况和降低并发症的发生，本文分析对采取腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的患者实施快速康复护理后对其临床护理的效果。方法 入组样本选自本院妇科在2020年3月-2022年3月期间接收的子宫肌瘤患者，共计100例，根据护理模式差异化将所有患者平均分成常规护理组和快速康复护理组（每组各50例），对比两组患者经不同护理措施下，其临床恢复情况以及患者的并发症发生情况。结果 快速康复护理组的临床恢复指标和并发症发生率度均远远优于常规护理组，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 采取快速康复护理干预可以有效提高腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后患者的临床指标，降低并发症的发生，相比于常规护理模式来说能够起到更为有效的作用，因此值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective in order to improve the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy and reduce the incidence of complications, this paper analyzes the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods a total of 100 patients with hysteromyoma were selected from the Department of Gynecology of our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022. According to the difference of nursing mode, all patients were equally divided into routine nursing group and rapid rehabilitation nursing group (50cases in each group). The clinical recovery and complications of the two groups after laparo- scopic myomectomy were compared. Results the clinical recovery indexes and the incidence of complications in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group were much better than those in the routine nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients after laparoscopic myomectomy and reduce the incidence of complications. Compared with the conventional nursing mode, it can play a more effective role, so it is worthy of clinical application.
