心理健康教育多元家庭治疗在严重精神障碍患者康复中的效果评价

摘要 目的:观察心理健康教育多元家庭治疗模式在严重精神障碍患者康复中的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将100例居家治疗的严重精神障碍患者分为干预组和对照组,两组患者均在给予药物治疗的同时分别采用心理健康教育多元家庭治疗模式和常规社区管理模式进行干预,分别于干预前、干预12个月时采用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)、个人与社会表现量表(PSP)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)对患者进行评估。结果:与干预前比较,干预组PANSS、PSP、SDSS量表总分及各分量表评分差异均明显降低(P<0.05);干预结束时,干预组与对照组比较,PANSS、PSP、SDSS量表总分及各分量表评分差异均明显降低(P<0.05);入院率显著低于对照组。结论:心理健康教育多元家庭治疗模式可改善严重精神障碍患者的社会功能,对严重精神障碍的康复具有积极作用。
Abstract
Abstract Objective: to observe the psychological health education diverse family therapymodel serious mental disorders in the rehabilitation of the effect. Methods: using random number table method to 100 cases of home treatment of patients with severe mental disorders were divided into intervention group and control group, two groups of patients were given drug treatment and psychological healtheducation were used respectively to multiple family therapy intervention mode and traditionalcommunity management mode, the 12 months prior to the intervention, intervention using negative and positive symptoms scale (PANSS), personal and socialperformance scale (PSP), social function defect screening scale (SDSS) to evaluate patients. Results: compared with before intervention, intervention group PANSS, PSP, SDSS scale total score and all subscales score differences were significantly lower (P < 0.05); At the end of the intervention, intervention group compared with control group, PANSS, PSP, SDSS scale total score and all subscales score differences were significantly lower (P < 0.05); Admission rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: the mental health education diverse family therapy model can improve the social function in patients with severe mental disorders, rehabilitation has a positive effect on serious mental disorders.
