【Abstract】Objective:Discussion Ziprasidone capsules for the treatment of schizophrenia and the effect of TC, TG, LDL-C, varying levels of Lep.Methods:Taking 100 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group and control group.Study group were treated with ziprasidone capsule treatment, the control group were treated with risperidone treatment,and all of patients needed to treat for 8 weeks.All patients should be carried out before and after treatment PANSS score and the efficacy of two groups were compared, while detecting the patients with triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and serum leptin (Lep )Level.Results:①Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the indicators of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05), but the study group patients after treatment PANSS total score was significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)；②Compared with the control group, the overall study group of patients with a higher efficiency, rank sum test analysis, Z = -2.665, P = 0.008 <0.05, the difference was statistically significant;③Compared with before treatment, no significant changes in the metabolism study group of patients after treatment (P> 0.05); after treatment of the metabolic indicators in the control group of patients changed significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).Conclusions:Ziprasidone for schizophrenia has a good effect, little effect on lipid metabolism and leptin, does not increase the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases and cancer.
