急性应激障碍认知暴露疗法的应用治疗效果研究

摘要	【摘要】目的：探讨认知暴露疗法对于急性应激障碍（ASD）患者的治疗效果。方法：80例ASD患者随机分为观察组与对照组，4000例每组。对照组予以药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上接受认知暴露疗法，对比两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗后两组的HAMD、HAMA、SCL-90量表评分均显著降低，且观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；随访时观察组ASD患病率为5.00%，显著低于对照组的22.50%（P<0.05）。结论：认知暴露疗法辅助治疗ASD有利于改善患者的应激障碍症状与心理状态，提高临床疗效，促进患者的身心康复，值得推广应用。
Abstract	【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of cognitive exposure therapy in patients with acute stress disorder(ASD). Methods: 80cases of ASD patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received drug treatment,the observation group received cognitive exposure therapy on the basis of the control group, the effect between the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the HAMD, HAMA,SCL-90 scale scores of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); Follow-up showed that,the ASD prevalence rate of observation group was 5.00% , significantly lower than 22.50% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive exposure therapy for ASD will help to improve the stress disorder symptoms and mental state of patients, improve the clinical efficacy ,promote the patients physical and psychological rehabilitation, should be widely applied.
