| 摘要 |
探讨自我管理训练联合家属教育对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性及复发的影响。方法 选择2014年1-12月在我院治疗的精神分裂症患者132例及每位患者主要的家庭照顾者1名共132名为研究对象，按照患者的入院单双号分为干预组和对照组，每组各66例。干预组对患者进行自我管理训练，对家属进行相关知识教育，对照组仅给予常规的入院健康教育。比较两组的临床疗效、复发率、治疗依从性等。结果 两组入组时阴性和阳性症状评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗6个月及12个月后，干预组阴性和阳性症状评分显著低于入组时，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），并且显著低于对照组（P＜0.01）。入组时两组的治疗依从性比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗6个月月及12个月，干预组患者的治疗依从性显著高于入组时，并显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。两组在治疗6个月时复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；在治疗12个月时，干预组的复发率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 自我管理训练联合家属教育能够显著改善精神分裂症患者的预后，提高治疗依从性，降低复发率。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss effect of self management training combined with family education on treatment compliance and recurrence inpatients with schizophrenia schizophrenia. Methods From Jan to Dec 2014, 132 cases with schizophrenia schizophrenia and 132 caregivers were selected as subjects. All cases were divided into intervention group(66 cases) and control group(66 cases) according to admission sequence. Patients of intervention was given self management training, and caregivers was given health education, and control group was given regular hospital health education. Clinical efficacy, relapse rate and treatment compliance of two groups were compared. Results PANSS scores of two groups before intervention showed no significant difference（P＞0.05）. PANSS scores of intervention after 6 months and 12 months of treatment were lower than before intervention, which showed significant difference（P＜0.01）; And which were lower than those of control group（P＜0.01）. Treatment compliance of two group before intervention showed no significant difference（P＞0.05）. Treatment compliance after 6 months and 12 months of treatment of intervention was higher than before intervention, and was higher than those control group（P＜0.01）. Recurrence rate of two groups after 6 months of treatment showed no significant difference （P＞0.05）. Recurrence rate of intervention group after 12 months of treatment was lower than control group（P＜0.01）. Conclusion Self management training combined with caregivers education for patients with schizophrenia schizophrenia can improve prognosis, improve treatment compliance, reduce the recurrence rate.
