【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of amisulpride in treatment with acute schizophrenia.Methods: A total of 86 cases of acute schizophrenia patients treated were divided into experimental group and control accorded to the random number table method,each had 43 cases,the experimental group accepted Amisulpride tablets, the control group accepted,Olanzapine tablets, 6 weeks for 1 course,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results: There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups (P>0.05).Each time of two groups PANSS positive factor and negative factor, total score also with no statistical significance (P>0.05).During the treatment, Compared with the experimental group ,glucose and total cholesterol fluctuateed significantly ,QTc gradually increased during treatment group in experimental group(P <0.05).The incidence of external response, sleepiness and abnormal liver function in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Amisulpride and olanzapine on acute schizophrenia efficacy is similar, and less influence on blood glucose and lipid, with high security. But amisulpride is obvious to extend the QT effect, during treatment need to continuous monitoring of the electrocardiogram during treatment.
