| Abstract |
Objective: evaluation of risperidone combined with music therapy scheme to implement the spirit of the clinical significance in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: November 2014 to 2016 January in our hospital neurology hospital, have been diagnosed schizophrenia patients, a total of 83 patients, divided into 2 groups, drug treatment group of 40 patients, the implementation of risperidone treatment; comprehensive treatment group had 43 patients, the implementation of the risperidone and music therapy, to observe the curative effect of two groups, and give objective control. Respectively (table table (table (table results: drug treatment group selected effectiveness 80.00%, comprehensive treatment group of 95.35%; for a month after drug treatment group selected BPRS (Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale) scores 35.18 + 5.00), sans (negative symptom scale) scores of 66.22 + 10.04), combined treatment group respectively (34.05 + 4.08), (6.411 + 8.17); treatment for two months after drug treatment group selected BPRS scores (33.21 + 4.33), sans scores 62.15 + 7.76) and comprehensive treatment group (31.06 + 3.53), (58.11 3.61 +) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in schizophrenia patients, implementation, promotion of risperidone and music therapy program, not only the operation procedure is feasible, but also can effectively improve the mental schizophrenia patients and the clinical syndrome and prognosis, and further enhance the social function of the patients with, so in the spirit of KONE is to promote the significance and value.
