Abstract Objective: To analyze the short-term effect of depressive symptoms of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with brain injuries-induced depression fisorder,investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention for the incidence of adverse reactions during hospitalization of patients. Methods:82 cases of patients with brain injuries-induced depression fisorder in our hospital in recent 2 years were collected as the subject investigated,all were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table.The control group received conventional clinical nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,the depressive symptoms improvement and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results: After nursing intervention,the total effective in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), the HAMD (Hamilton Depression Scale) and SDS (Self-Rating Depression Scale) score in observation group was significantly lower than that the control group (P<0.05), ADL (Activities of Daily Living Scale) score and FMA Fugl-Meyer assessment scale) score in observation group was higher than that the control group (P <0.05), the overall incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention has an integral role in physiological – psychological,can improve the short-term depressive symptoms of patients with brain injuries-induced depression fisorder, reduce the incidence of clinical adverse reactions and improve the activities of daily living,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
