【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the psychiatric syndrome patients at high risk of social function and the relationship between psychological and social factors. Method: Using United States psychiatric precursor period integrated levy standard (COPS), on I hospital admitted of psychiatric patients a level relatives 300 cases do for psychiatric high-risk crowd for filter, total filter out meet COPS standard of patients 104 cases for research group, filter out and research group patients age, and gender, and degree, phase match of high-risk crowd normal people 138 cases for control group, using function General evaluation volume table (GAF) assessment two group social function, And two sets of family cohesion and adaptability of scale-Chinese version (FACES II-CV), perceived social support scale (PSSS) and Luxembourg the self-esteem scale (SES) score differences observed, statistical analysis of psychosis risk syndrome relationship between psychological and social factors. Results: The study group FACES II-CV adaptability and scores were significantly lower than the control group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), and practical family cohesion and adaptability in patients with positive symptoms were positively correlated;PSSS family support and other support and scores significantly lower than the control group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), patient support, family support, and support from friends scores were positively correlated with GAF;SES score was significantly lower than the control group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), negatively correlated with the patients self-esteem and positive symptoms. Conclusion: The psychiatric patients at high risk for family cohesion, social support and self-esteem levels are relatively low, in which self-esteem and psychiatric symptoms, social support and social function there is a correlation.
