[Abstract]Objective:To study the status of depression and anxiety in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and to analyze the influencing factors of depression and anxiety.Methods:146 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,depression and anxiety were assessed using Self-rating depression scale and Self-rating anxiety scale(SDS, SAS),collected general information of patients, compared the different project of depression and anxiety patients with non depressive and anxiety patients,into Logistic regression equation for calculation.Analyzed the influencing factors of depression and anxiety in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Results:Into a total of 146 cases of heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease, included 107 cases of depression, accounted for 73.29%; 101 cases of anxiety, accounted for 69.18%.The age, course of disease,degree of culture,cardiac function level, monthly income,marital status and medical expenses in depression and anxiety patients,and non depressive and anxiety patients of coronary heart disease and heart failure had significant difference (P<0.05).The differences in information,into the logistic regression equation to calculate,age,course of disease,degree of culture,cardiac function level,monthly income,marital status and medical expenses were caused by coronary heart disease patients with depression, anxiety and the influencing factors.Conclusion:The incidence of geriatric coronary heart disease patients with depression and anxiety in high rate,causing depression and anxiety in patients with many factors,clinical should be the implementation of nursing intervention measures,reduce the occurrence of depression and anxiety in patients with.
