【Abstract】 Objective:To discussion the common mental state of stroke patients,and analyze the improving effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for mental state of those patients.Methods:Selecting 176 cases stroke patients in our hospital as the present study June 2014 to January 2016,using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale PANSS, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale SAS, Self-rating Depression Scale SDS, Symptom Checklist SCL-90-specific quality of life scale and stroke SS-QOL and functional independence scale FIM study to analyze whether the patient is in the state of anxiety and depression. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group received usual care. Two groups were compared after mental health care, and the results were analyzed statistically.Results:Before nursing intervention,the differences of index scores between the two groups were not significant statistically(P>0.05).But after nursing intervention, PANSS score of integrated care group were decreased more significantly, while the SAS, SDS, SCL-90 scores were significantly lower than normal control patients, while SS-QOL, FIM scores were higher than the control group significantly,and the differences were significant statistically (P<0.05).Conclusion:Anxiety,fear and depression symptoms were evident in stroke patients,taking targeting comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the state of anxiety and depression in those patients,then building positive living conditions for the patient, improving the treating effect,should be widely applied.
