心理护理对改善骨科患者围术期负性心理的影响观察

摘要	摘要：目的：探讨心理护理对改善骨科患者围术期负性心理的作用。方法：将医院2014年8月-2016年2月间收治的创伤性骨科手术患者128例按照随机对照的原则分为观察组和对照组，对照组64例进行骨科常规护理，观察组64例患者在此基础上进行心理护理干预，比较两组两组负性心理的变化。结果：两组患者护理前SAS、SDS评分无显著差异（p>0.05），护理后均有明显改善（p<0.05），其中观察组改善程度明显优于对照组（p<0.05）。结论：心理护理能够显著改善骨科患者围术期负性心理，有利于患者身心健康，值得推广和应用。
Abstract	Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing on improving the negative psychological effect of perioperative patients in the Department of orthopedics.Methods: 128 cases of traumatic operation in the Department of orthopedics from August 2014 to February 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random control.In the control group, 64 cases were performed routine nursing care in the Department of orthopedics, the observation group of 64 patients on the basis of psychological nursing intervention, compared with two groups of two groups of negative psychological changes.Results: There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing(p>0.05),After nursing, there were significantly improved (p<0.05), the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion: psychological nursing can significantly improve the perioperative period of patients with negative psychological, is conducive to the physical and mental health of patients, it is worthy of promotion and application.
