[Abstract] Objective: To understand the status of psychological health services in 2015 Sichuan Province in northeast area comprehensive hospitals. Methods: In accordance with the around the City Health Bureau to provide a list of northeastern area of Sichuan Province(Guangyuan, Bazhong and Dazhou city). All 91 in general hospitals issued "general hospital mental health services survey", including general situation of hospital, mental health services, characteristics of mental health service staff, and psychotropic drug use in 2015. Results: A total of 42 hospitals completed the survey. Among them, 16 hospitals provides at least a mental health services, the tertiary hospitals provide the proportion of mental health services is significantly higher than that of the secondary hospital; 15 hospitals to provide outpatient mental health services, tertiary hospitals provide outpatient mental health service was significantly higher than the proportion of secondary hospital; general hospital psychiatric consultation service only accounted for 18.0% and tertiary hospitals provide the proportion of psychiatric consultation service was significantly higher than that in the secondary hospital; only six hospitals provide psychological test to check the service and tertiary hospitals provide psychological survey service was significantly higher than the proportion of secondary hospital; only 3 hospitals provide inpatient services. 184 people in general hospital engaged in mental health work, among the 63.9% only primary or do not have the professional level; 69.9% has yet to achieve the bachelor degree; 41.9% of the personnel engaged in mental health service life problem 5 years; 11.6% did not receive professional training, 44.2% after professional training in less than a year. Compared with one or two hospitals, three hospitals provide a high level of education of mental health services, with a higher professional level of professional level of people more, more training (both P<0.05). Conclusion: At present, the types and scope of mental health services provided by the comprehensive hospital in Northeast Sichuan are very limited, especially in the one or two level hospitals.
