[Abstract]：Objective To study the effect of humanistic care nursing psychological state, limb motor function and satisfaction for patients with post-stroke depression. Methods Between April 2014 to March 2016, 54 patients with post-stroke depression who conducted humanistic nursing care were chosen as the observation group, while between April 2013 to March 2014, 54 patients with post-stroke depression who conducted usual care were chosen as the control group.To compare the psychological state, limb motor function and satisfaction for two groups. Results After humanistic care nursing intervention, HADM and SPBS scores for observation group were significantly decreased, and significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant difference (P <0.05); After humanistic care nursing intervention, FMA score and Barthe for the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant differences (P <0.05); Satisfaction for observation group and control group were 96.30% and 83.33%, respectively, care satisfaction in the observation group significantly higher than control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Humane care nursing improves the mental state, physical recovery of motor function and activities of daily living, increase nursing satisfaction for PSD patients.
