“专思创”融合视角下“生产运营管理”课程教学改革实践

摘要	从“专思创融合”（即专业教育、思政教育、创新创业教育有机融合的三元协同育人模式）视角出发，构建基于“4E”（思政、体验、情境、延展）教学模式，结合金蝶云星空ERP系统，对“生产运营管理”课程内容、教学模式、评价体系进行系统重构，为新商科人才培养提供了可供参考的实践范式。
Abstract	From the perspective of “professional education, ideological and political education, and innovation and entrepreneurship education integration” (i.e., a three-element collaborative education model that organically integrates professional education, ideological and political education, and innovation and entrepreneurship education), this paper constructs a teaching model based on “4E” (ideological and political education, experience, context, and extension). Combined with the Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky ERP system, the content, teaching model, and evaluation system of the “Production and Operations Management” course are systematically reconstructed, providing a practical paradigm for the cultivation of new business talents.
