摘要	校园体育文化在大学生成长中，扮演着十分重要的角色，而体育竞赛作为发展的重要一环，不仅可以提升学生自身的身体素质，同时还有助于强化竞争精神与团队合作意识。通过科学指导学生参与体育竞赛，能够对大学生合作能力与领导才能有效培养，从而塑造良好的校园文化。为此，本文将从校园体育文化视角出发，探究体育竞赛对大学生发展的多重作用，确保充分理解个人发展与社会适应中的核心价值。
Abstract	Campus sports culture plays a very important role in the growth of college students, and sports competitions, as an important part of development, can not only improve students’ physical fitness, but also help strengthen their competitive spirit and teamwork awareness. By scientifically guiding students to participate in sports competitions, it can effectively cultivate their cooperation ability and leadership skills, thereby shaping a good campus culture. Therefore, this article will explore the multiple roles of sports competitions in the development of college students from the perspective of campus sports culture, ensuring a full understanding of the core values of personal development and social adaptation.
