【Abstract】Objective: Discussing the relation between Parkinsons disease peripheral pro-inflammatory substances and fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders among. Methods:Choosing 83 people as study group, and choose 80 healthy people as control group. Detecting the relation between peripheral blood pro-inflammatory substances which included IL-6,IL-1β,SIL-2R,TNF-α,hs-CRP and FS-14,HAMA,HAMD,PSQI.Results:①The IL-6, IL-1β, SIL-2R, TNF-α, hs-CRP in the study group were significantly higher than them in the control group;②The FS-14 , HAMA, HAMD, PSQI scores in the study group were significantly higher than them in the control group;③a.IL-6 was positively correlated with HAMA, HAMD and PSQI ,and negatively correlated with FS-14,but there were no significant correlation between them(P> 0.05);b.SIL-2R was positively correlated with HAMA,HAMD,FS-14,PSQI,but only had significant correlation with HAMA,HAMD(P<0.05);c.hs-CRP was positively correlated with HAMA,HAMD ,and negatively correlated with FS-14,PSQI;but only had significant correlation with HAMA,HAMD(P<0.05);d.TNF-αwas positively correlated with HAMA,HAMD ,and negatively correlated with FS-14,PSQI,but there were no significant correlation between them(P> 0.05).Conclusions:hs-CRP and SIL-2R had significantly positively correlation with PD patients’depression and anxiety scores ,and no significant correlation with FS-14,PSQI.And others pro-inflammatory substances were no significant correlation with HAMA,HAMD,FS-14,PSQI.
