Objective：The clinical effect of depression in patients with application of Guipi pill integrative intervention for patients with cervical cancer after surgery. Method：Will in January 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital surgical treatment and postoperative concurrent depression of 68 cases of cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into for two groups, control group (n = 33) resection of malignant tumor after conventional treatment, while strengthening the psychological nursing care; observation group (35 cases) in the control group based on the Guipi pills services, compared two groups of patients with depressive symptoms to improve the situation. Result: Before the intervention, the patients in two groups with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and QOL scores are basically the same, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05); 4 weeks after intervention treatment, observation group HAMD score lower than that of the control group, QOL score is higher than that of the control group, the differences were significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Guipi pills on postoperative patients with cervical cancer complicated with depression have the role of adjuvant therapy, traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with can alleviate the depression of patients, improve mental state, improve the quality of life.
