摘要	目前教育事业迅猛发展，强调对学生的综合全面培养与教育。因此各大高校在进行专业教育的同时，也深刻认识到了体育教学的重要性。大学生校园体育竞赛作为校园文化重要组成，不但丰富了学生的课余生活，同时还可以锻炼学生的身体素质、磨练学生的意志与品质，使学生形成团队协作能力与良性竞争意识。下面将针对大学生校园体育竞赛组织管理模式进行深入探索与研究，促使其规范发展。
Abstract	Currently, the education industry is developing rapidly, emphasizing the comprehensive cultivation and education of students. Therefore, while conducting professional education, major universities also deeply recognize the importance of physical education teaching. As an important component of campus culture, college campus sports competitions not only enrich students' extracurricular life, but also exercise their physical fitness, temper their willpower and qualities, and enable them to form teamwork skills and a healthy sense of competition. Below, we will conduct in-depth exploration and research on the organizational management mode of campus sports competitions for college students, in order to promote its standardized development.
