Objective To analyze the value of implementing group management mode in the nursing quality of disinfection supply center. Methods Our hospital will introduce the group management mode from July 2025. We will observe 500 instruments under routine management from January to June 2025 and 500 instruments under group management mode from July to December 2025. We will compare the infection rate, qualification rate of each process, and service quality score. Results After management, the nursing management quality of each disinfection supply room process was better than before management, and the number and rate of infections were lower than before management. The service quality of the staff after management was better than before management, and the comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing a group management model in the nursing quality of disinfection supply centers can improve the quality management and service awareness of staff, thereby increasing the qualification rate of various disinfection supply processes and reducing the incidence of hospital infection.
