Objective To analyze the clinical effect of implementing evidence-based operating room nursing guided by mind mapping during the perioperative period of hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection. Methods The included subjects were 60 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection. All of them were admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. Using the random number table method, they were evenly divided into two groups and a prospective analysis was conducted. The control group received routine operating room nursing, and the observation group received evidence-based operating room nursing guided by mind mapping. The stress response indicators at different time points during the perioperative period and the perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups. Results Before anesthesia and at the end of the operation, the values of each stress response indicator and each perioperative indicator in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing evidence-based operating room nursing guided by mind mapping during the perioperative period of hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection can effectively improve perioperative stress response and perioperative indicators.
