集束化护理干预对重症脑卒中肠内营养相关性腹泻的影响

摘要	目的分析集束化护理干预在重症脑卒中患者肠内营养支持过程中对腹泻并发症的预防效果。方法采用回顾性研究方法，选取我院2024年1月至2025年12月期间收治的82例重症脑卒中接受肠内营养治疗的患者，根据护理方案分为常规护理组和集束化护理组。结果集束化护理组腹泻发生率显著低于常规护理组（P<0.05）。集束化护理组腹泻持续时间明显短于常规护理组，每日腹泻频次更少，干预后血清白蛋白水平更高（P<0.05）。结论集束化护理干预能够降低重症脑卒中患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的发生风险并减轻其严重程度，同时有助于改善营养状态。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the preventive effect of bundled nursing intervention on diarrhea complications in the process of enteral nutrition support for severe stroke patients. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 82 patients with severe stroke who received enteral nutrition treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025. According to the nursing plan, they were divided into a routine nursing group and a bundled nursing group. Results The incidence of diarrhea in the bundled nursing group was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group (P<0.05). The duration of diarrhea in the bundled nursing group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional nursing group, with less frequency of daily diarrhea and higher serum albumin levels after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Bundle nursing intervention can reduce the risk and severity of enteral nutrition related diarrhea in severe stroke patients, while also helping to improve their nutritional status.
