Objective To analyze the methods and clinical effects of the non-invasive emergency care pathway for chest pain based on the HIRAID framework. Methods The research subjects were 86 patients with non-traumatic chest pain admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing. The authoritative guidelines, high-quality literature, and expert consensus at home and abroad were searched, and the standardized nursing pathway for non-traumatic chest pain was constructed and implemented. The emergency treatment efficiency and complication incidence of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05); the total incidence of complications was significantly lower (P<0.05); and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The non-invasive emergency care pathway for chest pain based on the HIRAID framework can standardize the nursing process, improve the emergency treatment efficiency, and reduce the incidence of complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
