Abstract Objective: To study the elderly reflux psychological state of anxiety and depression in patients with esophagitis and deanxit adjuvant therapy. Methods: Our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were treated elderly reflux esophagitis with 100 patients with anxiety and depression, according to the random number method 100 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis with anxiety and depression were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases); the control group received conventional treatment, the observation group take Deanxit treatment in the control group on the basis of the two groups of patients HAMA score and HAMD score, reflux esophagitis symptoms Numerical integration degree (GERDQ) and clinical efficiency were analyzed. Results: The two groups were observed and compared with the scores of HAMA HAMD score, score the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05); observation group GERDQ scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) ; clinical observation group effective rate of 96.00%, effective clinical control group was 82.00%, the clinical observation group was significantly higher efficiency, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Deanxit adjuvant treatment of reflux esophagitis in elderly patients with anxiety and depression can reduce anxiety and depression symptoms and improve clinical results, and therefore worthy of clinical application.
