[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on pain, anxiety and depression of patients with lung cancer after operation. Methods: to collect 2013 January 2015 October in our department in hospital surgical treatment for lung cancer patients with a total of 100 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment and routine nursing, the observation group in the control group based on the psychological nursing intervention, treatment for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment between the two groups VAS score, Hamilton Depression table scale (HAMD), anxiety scale (HAMA). Results: after treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group VAS score (P<0.05). The HAMA score of the intervention group was less than that of the control group HAMA score (P<0.05). The HAMD score of the observation group was less than that of the control group HAMD score (P<0.05). Conclusion: psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the pain of patients with lung cancer after surgery, and improve anxiety and depression, promote postoperative recovery, improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer.
