【Abstract】Objective： To evaluate the clinical path management on schizophrenic patient outcomes, cost, satisfaction. METHODS: March 2014 - March 2015 204 cases of patients with schizophrenia oasis Profile standard hospital treatment were analyzed, patients were divided into study group (101 cases) and control group (103 cases) according to the method of random numbers , routine management methods, experimental implementation of clinical path management while the control group patients were compared the effect of patient care, the average length of stay, total cost of hospitalization, the average daily cost of the doctor-patient satisfaction. Results: The study group out of the hospital with an average daily cost of drugs, significantly less than the control group (P <0.05); the study group patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction scores higher than scores (P <0.05); Research BPRS score was higher (P <0.05) in patients after administration; Study group management efficacy rate was higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical path management helps reduce hospitalization costs and improve medical care, patient satisfaction and better service for the patients with schizophrenia.
