[Abstract] Objective To explore the psychological nursing education effects on psychological elasticity in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods retrospective analysis 120 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treatment effect. In the control group with the control group, routine nursing group upward psychological nursing education, the basis of anxiety in patients with admission and discharge in the rating scale (SAS), depression self rating scale (SDS), when discharged mental resilience scale, physiological stress index and index of psychological stress for statistical analysis. ResultsSAS and SDS of each group had no statistical difference, P > 0.05; SAS and SDS in discharge observation group were lower than the control group, and the degree of anxiety, depression, improve observation group (23.6±4.8), (22.0-2.9), greater than the control group to improve corresponding degrees (17.3±1.2), (13.4±2.6) points, compare both P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant; When discharged mental resilience scale statistical results show that the observation group high resilience than the control group (P < 0.05); Index of physiological stress test results as the observation group blood sugar levels lower than the control group, glucagon levels higher than the control group, the index of psychological stress test results for the observation group of HAMD scores and HAMA scores, NRS scores were lower than the control group. ConclusionsPsychological nursing education can increase the psychological elasticity for femoral neck fractures in the elderly, improve self-efficacy, help patients emotional adjustment, positive effect to the fracture of the recovery.
