全球湾区体育城市视角下深圳加快建设国际著名体育城市的路径研究

摘要	以全球湾区体育城市发展实践为参照，构建包含高水平体育赛事、大众体育、体育产业、体育资源、职业体育及体育媒体等维度的比较框架，系统分析深圳与全球典型湾区体育城市在发展现状上的差距，揭示深圳在建设国际著名体育城市进程中面临的高水平赛事数量扩张与质量跃升双重制约、职业体育品牌塑造与文化涵养的滞后、体育媒体国际传播力与影响力不足、体育产业结构合理化与效益高效化的深层困局、全球体育治理规则参与与话语主导的现实差距。在此基础上，提出立足粤港澳大湾区推动深圳赛事提质增量、强化政校企行协同培育职业体育品牌文化培育升级、依托数字技术创新优化全媒体传播效能、以新质生产力赋能体育产业升级与效益提升、发挥体育科技优势提升全球治理话语参与权等路径，为深圳加快建设国际著名体育城市提供理论参考与实践指引。
Abstract	Drawing on the development practices of sports cities in global bay areas and employing a comparative research method, this study constructs a comparative framework encompassing dimensions such as high-profile sports events, mass sports, sports industry, sports resources, professional sports, and sports media. It systematically analyzes the gaps between Shenzhen and typical global bay area sports cities in terms of development status. The study reveals the constraints Shenzhen faces in its pursuit of becoming an internationally renowned sports city, including the dual challenges of expanding the number and enhancing the quality of high-profile events, the lag in professional sports brand building and cultural cultivation, insufficient international reach and influence of sports media, deep-seated challenges in rationalizing the sports industry structure and achieving high efficiency, and the real gap in participating in global sports governance and exercising discourse power. On this basis, the study proposes pathways to accelerate Shenzhen’s development into an internationally renowned sports city. These include leveraging the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to upgrade the quality and quantity of events, strengthening government-enterprise-university-association collaboration to cultivate professional sports brand culture, optimizing omnimedia communication efficacy through digital technology innovation, empowering sports industry upgrading and efficiency gains with new quality productive forces, and capitalizing on advantages in sports technology to enhance participation in global governance discourse. This study aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for Shenzhen in accelerating its construction as an internationally renowned sports city.
