随着化工装置向大型化、自动化、集成化方向发展,其机电设备的安装调试工作面临着前所未有的技术挑战与协调难度。预先掌握这些潜在问题的特征与处置方法,构建快速响应与决策支持机制,是实现调试过程安全、高效、一次成功的关键,也是衡量工程管理与技术水平的重要标尺。基于此,以下对化工机电设备安装调试中出现的异常情况与处理方法进行了探讨,以供参考。
Abstract
With the development of chemical plants towards large-scale, automated, and integrated operations, the installation and commissioning of their machinery and equipment faces unprecedented technical challenges and coordination difficulties. Understanding the characteristics and handling methods of these potential problems in advance, and constructing a rapid response and decision support mechanism, is key to achieving safe, efficient, and successful commissioning, and is also an important benchmark for measuring engineering management and technical levels. Based on this, the following discusses the abnormal situations and handling methods encountered during the installation and commissioning of chemical machinery and equipment for reference.
