Abstract Objective: To investigate the depression emotion and burden of self-perception situation of young stroke patients, and evaluation of clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods: 108 cases of young stroke patients in our hospital as research subjects were divided into the control group (50 cases) and observation group (58 cases) according to the time period, the control group used routine care, the observation group increased the comprehensive care interventions base on routine care. Compare the depression emotion, burden of self-perception and activities of daily living change. Results: After the intervention one month and two months, the SDS and SPBS scores of observation group were significantly decreased, BI scores were significantly increased (P<0.05). The SDS and SPBS scores of observation group after the intervention one month and two months were all significantly lower than the control group, BI scores were significantly higher, P<0.05. Conclusion: The young stroke patients’ generally have significant depression emotion and feelings of self-burden, use comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the burden of self-perception and depression emotion, promote the patients physical and mental health.
