[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influences of primary nursing in psychological negative emotions, incidence of deep venous thrombosis and nursing satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer.Methods 80 cases of patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly selected, these patients were divided into primary nursing group (n = 40) and usual care group (n = 40) two groups according to the methods of care, the psychological negative emotions, incidence of deep vein thrombosis and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The HADS score of the primary nursing group was significantly lower (P <0.05), the care satisfaction score was significantly higher (P <0.05), the incidences of wound infection, urinary tract infection, abdominal distension and deep vein thrombosis 2.5% (1/40), 5.0% (2/40), 2.5% (1/40), 2.5% (1/40) were significantly lower than the usual care group 7.5% (3/40), 17.5% (7/40), 12.5% (5/40), 10.0% (4/40) (P <0.05).Conclusion The primary nursing can improve psychological negative emotions, reduce incidence of deep vein thrombosis, improve care satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer.
