股骨粗隆间骨折合并痴呆患者应用综合护理干预的临床效果

摘要
【摘要】 目的: 研究股骨粗隆间骨折合并痴呆患者应用综合护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取我院从2013年3月至2015年7月收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折合并痴呆的患者100例,采用随机数字表法将100例老年股骨粗隆间骨折合并痴呆患者的患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例);对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合护理干预,观察对比两组患者的护理满意率、HAMD评分、HAMA评分以及IQ、RBMT2R。结果:观察组的护理满意率100.00%高于对照组92.00%(P<0.05);观察组的HAMD评分与HAMD评分明显低于对照组 (P<0.05);观察组的IQ、RBMT2R高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可改善患者的焦虑抑郁等负性情绪,提高临床的预后效果,且记忆力与智商有所提高,护理满意率高,因此值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Abstract
Abstract Objective: To study the intertrochanteric fracture combined with dementia patients with clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods: Our hospital from March 2013 to July 2015 treated elderly intertrochanteric fracture combined 100 patients with dementia, using random number table 100 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture associated with dementia stars the observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases); the control group received usual care, the observation group comprehensive nursing intervention, the two groups were observed and compared care satisfaction rate, HAMD score, HAMA score and IQ, RBMT2R. Results: The nursing satisfaction rate higher than 100.00% 92.00% (P <0.05); observation group HAMD score and HAMD score was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05); IQ observation group, RBMT2R higher than the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the patients anxiety and depression and other negative emotions, improve clinical prognosis, and improved memory and intelligence, care satisfaction rate, and therefore worthy of further clinical application.
