Abstract Objective: To study the comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression and quality of life impact on children with epilepsy. Methods: in our hospital 100 cases of children with epilepsy from May 2014 to September 2015 were treated in accordance with Method 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups of children with epilepsy (50 cases) and control group (50 cases); control take routine care group, the observation group to take on the basis of the control group on integrated care intervention, the two groups of patients HAMA score and HAMD score, quality of life and treatment satisfaction were analyzed. Results: The two groups were observed and compared with the scores of HAMA HAMD score, score the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05); the quality of life in a healthy sense of the observation group, physical functioning, role functioning, cognitive level, emotional and social function function than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the observation group care satisfaction rate of 100.00%, the control group was 92.00% satisfaction nursing, the observation group was significantly higher satisfaction with care in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce anxiety and depression in children with epilepsy and other negative psychology, improve the quality of life of children, and therefore worthy of clinical application.
