整体护理在乙肝患者护理中的应用效果观察

摘要	目的探究乙肝患者护理中采用整体护理的价值。方法抽选本院收治80例乙肝患者（时段2024年9月-2025年9月），根据随机数字表法划分2组，包括对照组（n=40，常规护理）、观察组（n=40，整体护理）。根据服药依从性、自我护理能力、心理状态评价2组干预效果。结果干预后观察组Morisky服药依从性量表（MMAS-8）、自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）得分较对照组提高（P＜0.05）。干预后观察组焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）得分较对照组下降（P＜0.05）。结论乙肝患者护理中采用整体护理可提升服药依从性与自护能力，改善负性情绪。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value of holistic nursing in hepatitis B patients. Methods 80 patients with hepatitis B were selected from our hospital (from September 2024 to September 2025) and divided into two groups according to the random number table, including the control group (n=40, conventional nursing) and the observation group (n=40, holistic nursing). Evaluate the intervention effects of two groups based on medication adherence, self-care ability, and psychological status. Results After the intervention, the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) and Self Care Ability Assessment Scale (ESCA) scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing in nursing care of hepatitis B patients can improve drug compliance and self-care ability, and improve negative emotions.
