摘要	目的探讨基于骨折联络服务模式在绝经后骨质疏松髋部骨折患者护理干预方案中的应用研究。方法随机数字表法将60例（滨州市某三甲医院骨关节外科2024年1月-2025年6月收治）患者分为对照组（行常规护理，30例）和观察组（行基于骨折联络服务模式，30例）。对比2组患者健康认知、服用依从性。结果护理前OKAT量表中4个维度评分（P>0.05），可比护理后评分提高且观察组更高（P<0.05）。护理前MMAS量表评分（P>0.05），可比护理后评分提高且观察组更高（P<0.05）。结论对绝经后骨质疏松髋部骨折患者进行基于骨折联络服务后，可有效提高患者对骨质疏松髋部骨折的正确认知，患者依从性更强，值得推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application of the fracture liaison service model in the nursing intervention program for postmenopausal osteoporotic hip fracture patients. Methods Sixty patients (admitted to the orthopedic department of a tertiary hospital in Binzhou City from January 2024 to June 2025) were randomly divided into a control group (receiving routine care, 30 cases) and an observation group (receiving care based on the fracture liaison service model, 30 cases) using the random number table method. The health cognition and medication compliance of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, the scores of the four dimensions of the OKAT scale were comparable (P > 0.05), and the scores increased after nursing, with the observation group having higher scores (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the MMAS scale scores were comparable (P > 0.05), and the scores increased after nursing, with the observation group having higher scores (P < 0.05). Conclusion After implementing the fracture liaison service for postmenopausal osteoporotic hip fracture patients, it can effectively improve patients' correct understanding of osteoporotic hip fractures and enhance their medication compliance, which is worthy of promotion and application.
