营养管理结合心理支持在造血干细胞移植患者护理中的作用分析

摘要	目的观察对造血干细胞移植患者进行营养管理结合心理支持护理的作用。方法前瞻性纳入2024年5月至2025年5月造血干细胞移植患者76例，数字表随机抽样均分2组，对照组（38例）进行常规护理，观察组（38例）进行营养管理结合心理支持。对患者护理前后心理状态以及营养水平变化情况进行观察。结果负面心理评分，观察组护理后低于对照组，P<0.05。营养水平，观察组护理后高于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对造血干细胞移植患者护理过程中开展营养管理结合心理支持，可以改善患者在治疗期间的营养状态，缓解患者负面心理，有助于患者恢复。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of nutritional management combined with psychological support nursing on patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods A prospective study was conducted on 76 patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from May 2024 to May 2025. The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table. The control group (38 cases) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (38 cases) received nutritional management combined with psychological support. Observe the changes in the psychological state and nutritional level of patients before and after nursing care. Results Negative psychological scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group after nursing care, P<0.05. The nutritional level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after nursing care, P<0.05. Conclusion Combining nutritional management with psychological support in the nursing process of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients can improve their nutritional status during treatment, alleviate their negative psychology, and help them recover.
