系统性嗓音康复护理在甲状腺术后患者发音功能恢复中的应用

摘要	目的探讨系统性嗓音康复护理在甲状腺术后患者发音功能恢复中的应用效果，方法选取我院2025年1月-2025年12月收治的100例甲状腺手术患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各50例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组增加系统性嗓音康复护理，干预8周后比较两组嗓音主观评分、客观声学指标、声带功能恢复及护理满意度。结果干预后，观察组VHI评分、jitter、shimmer均显著低于对照组，MPT显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组声带闭合良好率、发音功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论系统性嗓音康复护理可有效改善甲状腺术后患者发音功能，减轻嗓音障碍，提升声带运动与声门闭合质量，提高患者护理满意度，值得在甲状腺外科临床护理中推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of systematic voice rehabilitation nursing in the recovery of speech function of patients after thyroid surgery. Methods 100 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received additional systematic voice rehabilitation nursing. After 8 weeks of intervention, the subjective scores of voice, objective acoustic indicators, vocal cord function recovery, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the VHI score, jitter, and shimmer of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and MPT was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the good rate of vocal cord closure and the excellent rate of speech function recovery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Systematic voice rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the speech function of patients after thyroid surgery, alleviate voice disorders, improve the quality of vocal cord movement and glottic closure, and increase patient nursing.
