摘要	越来越多的精神障碍患者及其照料者对自助小组感兴趣。本文通过对国内外文献进行检索复习，综述了国内外自助小组对精神障碍患者的社会功能，照料者负担和家庭经济等影响的研究进展，并介绍了倍慈模式及其自助小组对精神障碍患者及其照料者的影响，为自助小组和倍慈模式在中国的进一步推广应用提供参考。
Abstract	More and more patients with mental disorders and their caregivers interested in self-help groups. Through to the domestic and foreign literature retrieval and review, review the domestic and foreign research progress of self-help groups’ influence of social function, caregivers’ burden and family economic for patients with mental disorders. and introduces the influence of “BasicNeeds Mode” and self-help groups for mental disorder patients and their caregivers, provide a reference for the self-help groups and “BasicNeeds Mode” further popularization and application in China.
